- Initial deposit of $180 paid within seven (7) days after initial face to face interview; the Balance of the fee in cleared funds by direct deposit to Celebrant’s nominated bank account no later than Forty-Five (45) days prior to the Ceremony date.

- Fees are subject to change. Fee changes do not apply to clients who have secured their date with a non-refundable booking fee or full payment.
- If the ceremony has been paid in full and notice of cancellation of the ceremony is provided no less than 40 days prior to the date of the wedding ceremony, the fee paid, excluding the non-refundable booking fee ($180), will be refunded. If less than 40 days’ notice of cancellation is provided, all fees paid are non-refundable.
- If the Couple cancel their booking for any reason after this date, the Celebrant will investigate the matter, but may reserve the right to retain the entire fee to cover loss of income.
Extras
- Travel Fee: There is no traveling cost for wedding ceremonies in areas within 50 km around Brisbane. If travel expense incurs beyond 50 km, the distance of 1-10 km is a unit, and the charge will be $ 10/per unit.
- Rehearsal if required: $75. Note: Rehearsals are available on Sundays and weekday evenings and by prior appointment. A travel fee may also apply depending on the location.
- Marriage Certificate: If you require an official registry issued marriage certificate issued by BDM QLD, we will happily assist you with applying for this, the fee is approximately $60 and is payable by you directly to BDM QLD at the time they register your marriage.
